Grunts are basic infantry Units in Great Big War Game and GLWG. They cost 75 coins in GBWG and 50 in GLWG. They do good damage to other Infantry Units, little damage to Vehicle Units and Buildings, and no damage to Air and Sea Units.

Grunts can move 3 spaces off Roads, or up to five spaces on Roads. They have 10 Ammo, and can fire at Units 1-2 spaces away.

Strategy[]
- You can sacrifice them to protect ANYTHING (example: Generals, Snipers and Low HP Commandos)
- Grunts are very important due to them being expendable and can be used as bait
- Grunts however can be easily cleared by commandos, snipers and Artilerries
- Try to get them Promoted, A promoted Grunt kills almost every infantry unit in a single shot
- if your planning to attack the enemy base, get a lot of these Grunty bois
- Get them to high ground for a more efficient use
- High ground + Promoted grunt = Lower Ranged Sniper
